La Luna Baila - A family history

The Kaas family has lived on La Palma for almost four decades

At the end of the 1980s, the foundation stone was laid for the first generation's Finca Luna Baila. At the beginning of the 2000s we, Jesper & Verena, followed with our daughter to take over not only this finca but also another location for tourist rental in Las Norias.

Twenty years later, we have had great experiences, made the island of La Palma our home, lost our daughter to Germany for education, survived Corona and the volcanic eruption: The island is still our home!

A bit of downsizing is nevertheless in order, the ravages of time are also gnawing at us, the Finca Luna Baila, where it all began and where we live ourselves, is now enough.

When we're not working in the large garden or in our accommodation, we also go hiking to enjoy the beautiful nature of La Palma a little more. Friends come by to share this view, new ones have been found, many regular guests have been won over and contributed to personal enrichment.
