in the street that leads to the Supermarket of San Martín, at the end on the right side. Canary comfortably and well. The hit is still the big appetizer plate! Closed on Mondays. 

Tasca Catalina, El Paso,

very nice and neat tapas restaurant. Innovative and weekly changing menu. All taste, share, otherwise it makes no fun! Good wine list but also the house wine is very drinkable. Be sure to pre-order the restaurant  is  small: 922 486569, Closed: Sundays and Mondays, Calle Miramar, below the football stadium. 

Franchipani,

The main road from El Paso to Los Llanos on the right hand side. Very nice ambience, different international dishes. Closed on Thursdays, tel: 922 4023 05, Carretera General Empalme Dos Pinos (Celta) 

Adagio formerly in El Paso,

now coming from Puerto Naos to Los Llanos (the outskirts of Los Llanos, right hand side, No.127. very good pizza, also to take away , Tel.922485231 or 639,361,590, Lunch and closed at night from 19 clock, on Sunday. 

Pizzeria Evangelina,

great restaurant in the traditional Canarian style with a large selection of meats and  Italian appetizers. Closed Mon, Tel: 922 402648, Also open from 13 to 16 clock. Closed Sunday evenings. Calle Fernandez Tano, 56 

Mar Y Tierra,

really nice, typical Canarian cuisine with an open BBQ, nice patio, small niches, (former) goats stables, very attentive staff, is fun, can be a bit fresh in cool weather! In the same street as Due Torri, C / Fernandez Tano, 29, Tel 922,464,314 

La Luna,

neat old Canarian house with an open courtyard and changing exhibitions, fine for coffee after shopping  and small tapas, ask for some concerts in the evening (!) And more recently on Wednesday night buffet at reasonable prices. Mo-Sa 12-14 Clock and Mon-Sun from 19 clock, also in the C / Fernandez Tano 26th 

El Hidalgo in Los Llanos,

vegetarian cuisine, tapas and meat dishes. Beautiful garden and cozy restaurant. Calle La Salud, 21, Tel: 922 463124, Closed Wednesdays. Well attended. German hosts, residents on La Palma for many years.

in the pedestrian zone in the heart of Los Llanos, very comfortable, temporary exhibitions, mainly vegetarian dishes, closed Sun, Tel: 922463856

In Las Manchas: Bodegón Tamanca,

Carretera General Las Manchas-Fuencaliente, original Canarian Local midst of a mountain cave with beautiful wine barrels. Every now and then windy and cool. Service and food are no longer what it used to be! But worth to see in any case! Closed on Sundays, 922 4941 55

La Mariposa Las Norias,

El Atajo in Todoque,

down to earth atmosphere, very good value for your money, so very popular with the Palmeros. Nice and simple. Focus here is rather on the meat dishes. Opening times vary. 

El Jable in Los Llanos,

right at the car park opposite the market hall. Overgrown with lush avocado trees. No culinary highlight, but sometimes another form of fast food in almost extravagantly beautiful ambiance in the garden: Here is the (usual in Latin America Arepas pancakes corn dough about 2 euros each), grilled and savory stuffed with all that the heart desires. There are various more or less hot sauces. Also take away. Open from 19.00, closed Mondays. 

El Rincón del Jamón in Los Llanos,

talking about  take-away: This is a small oasis with a wonderfully scented ham, salami and other small specialities. You must try it! , Combined with a tasty little wine in an inspiring atmosphere. The service is charming, the hams irresistible. Puerto Tazacorte: Playa Mont,

after entering Tazacorte Playa, the road leading to Punta Gorda on the right side. Nice ambience otherwise, all other premises, which is largely nestled on the hillside and line up on the beach. Very rustic, very native (and loud!) On the square on the beach at the parking lot on the first floor: Casa del Mar. According to our guests, this restaurant offers interesting and the widest selection of fish species 

Puerto Naos / El Remo,

the road extending from Puerto Naos through the banana fields towards  El Remo. There are some simple shacks or “kioscos”, some of them are restaurants,  View is magnificent, food is simple but tasty but unfortunately not as cheap as the seating and tables. The atmosphere is unbeatable.
